J&J has developed a supply chain technology for their customers and vendors that is way ahead of simple restocking alerts. They have created a supply chain solution that continuously monitors big customers, such as medical centers and governments, and ensures everything works optimally. Our task was to show how this advanced supply chain solution functions interactively. After extensive research and observation on the topic, our team found that the best way to move forward was with animated videos. We started with developing the concept. The video was about the intelligent supply chain solution that continuously monitors orders and detects any anomaly that can disrupt them. The core of the video was that Johnson and Johnson can keep medication flowing as long as everyone only orders what they need. We prepared the video with that in mind, and the final product was indeed able to deliver this.
