Creative Nexus was engaged to conceptualise, structure, and design the HomeFirst Impact Report, with Sattva Consulting Team. The objective was to convert extensive primary research, customer insights, and impact findings into a clear, credible, and insight-driven report that communicates the social and behavioural outcomes of affordable homeownership.


Report design progressed alongside staggered receipt of final, high-quality images from multiple internal teams.
Changes in storytelling emphasis required periodic replacement and adjustment of visuals during production.
Key sections remained in progress until survey findings and impact metrics were finalised.
Charts, illustrations, and infographics required continuous refinement as datasets were confirmed.
Late-stage inputs increased coordination intensity during the final execution phase.
