NIIF – Master Fund E&S Report 2023

NIIF is an Indian government-supported platform created in 2015 for domestic and international investors. NIIF focuses on infrastructure and diversified sectors to achieve substantial returns for their investors. They believe in generating attractive risk-adjusted returns by efficiently operating our investments through economic cycles while staying committed to sustainable investing principles. Currently, they are managing $5 Billion across different funds and have a dedicated team of professionals who collaborate with Government and private stakeholders on critical economic and investment matters that lead to policy reforms and new investment opportunities in India. Asian Infrastructure Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, AXIS Bank, HDFC and New Development Bank are some investors with NIIF.

At Creative Nexus, we created the environmental and social report for the Master Fund of the NIIFL. The report discussed the social and ecological aspects of the investments. Our goal was to prepare a user-friendly design of the report—a report where data is presented in an easy-to-understand manner. Furthermore, we also wanted to highlight the company’s achievements and future strategies clearly and engagingly. With our design, we ensured that all these goals were achieved. We also ensured that apart from being functional, the report was aesthetically pleasing and in accordance with the NIIFL’s brand image.
