L’Oréal, founded in 1909, is the world’s largest cosmetics company, known for its innovation in beauty and skincare. Headquartered in Paris, L’Oréal operates in over 150 countries, employing more than 85,000 people globally. In 2023, L’Oréal reported €38.26 billion in sales, driven by iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, and Lancôme. The company leads in sustainable beauty, investing in eco-friendly practices and research, with around 4,000 researchers dedicated to product innovation. L’Oréal’s commitment to beauty extends across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance, making it a global beauty powerhouse.

Our Task

Our task was to showcase L’Oréal’s new supply chain and order management system called NEO. A new Business to Business order system followed the order-to-cash system. As L’Oréal heavily focuses on tech and innovation, we also had to capture that in the video. So, after research and observation, our team decided that the best way to tackle this is through an animated video. We could easily show this new system’s intricacies easily through the animated video.
